Black Women Rally for Action – Los Angeles County Launches a

Comprehensive, Nonpartisan, Black Women’s 2020 Voter Guide

Black Women Rally for Action – Los Angeles County announces the launch of their comprehensive nonpartisan, electronic voter guide for Black women voters in Los Angeles County. The group urges Black women to vote in their best interests. 
 
"Black female voters need a fair, nonpartisan and trusted source for election information, and our guide provides this in a single, easy-to-navigate online source," said Helena Johnson, Co-Chair, Black Women Rally for Action - Los Angeles County. Black Women Rally for Action – Los Angeles County is a coalition of individuals and groups who provide a mechanism for Los Angeles County Black women to advocate on behalf of their health and well-being. The coalition is dedicated to advancing health, economic, and social equity for all Los Angeles County Black women through direct action and connection to effective resources.   

“Black women are a uniquely important voting block in the US. Our 2020 Voter Guide gives critical voter information, and urges Black women to vote based on their values to bring about the progress needed in our communities,” said Efuru Flowers, Co-Chair, Black Women Rally for Action - Los Angeles County.                  
 
“We are dedicated to increasing Black women’s life expectancy, improving our economic standing and demanding elected officials move from promises to policies that ensure we no longer experience unacceptable health and economic outcomes,” said Brenda Watson, Co-Chair, Black Women Rally for Action - Los Angeles County.
